Pre-registration and payment required.  Please mail $40 check with registration form at least one week prior to class to: Your Yoga Lifestyle, 518 College, #2R, Racine, WI  53403.  Classes do sell out and it is recommended not to wait to send it in.

Class Descriptions
Ashtanga ~ For Experienced Practitioners only. Primary Series.

*Beginner ~ 3 consecutive week program $40 payment reserves your spot.  AM class on upon request.  Fill out registration and mail in with payment.  

Yoga 1 ~ Gentle Hatha style at a slower pace to increases flexibility.

Yoga 2 ~ Moderate Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with more challenging postures.
 
Yoga 3 ~ Hatha Yoga for experienced practitioners.
 
 *Family Yoga ~ Parent and child partake in family fun, 45 min, ages 6+, must pre-register.
 
Hot Yoga~ Done in a heated room of 90 degrees F with soft lighting to sweat it out and detoxify your body. Bring your own mat & towel. Vigorous Vinyasa Flow Workout!

Private/Semi-Private ~ By appointment for 1 hour with Linda.

 Yoga Stretch ~ Just stretching in a calming warm heated room with soothing candlelite to unwind from your day and rejuvenate.

Yoga Therapy ~ Individual needs for healing, pain management, increase mobility with specific diseases and disorders.. 

Zumba ~ Latin dance for a cardiovascular workout
